Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR Replacement, Acquisition and Installation of New Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) in Data Center

1) The National Bureau of Investigation through the R.A. 11975 Genera Appropriations Act (GAA) of FY 2024 - Continuing Appropriations intends to apply the sum of Three Million Nine Hundred Eighty-Three Thousand Four Hundred Ninety-Eight Pesos and 67/100 (Php 3,983,498.67) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Replacement, Acquisition and Installation of New Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) in Data Center. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The National Bureau of Investigation now invites bids for Replacement, Acquisition and Installation of New Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) in Data Center. Delivery of the Goods is required within Sixty (60) Calendar Days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP).
