TO ALL INTERESTED SUPPLIERS:

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) hereby invites legally capable suppliers to submit bids for a Negotiated SVP for the PHIVOLCS requirement for "Replacement of
50L P-10 gas tank for Shimadzu sequential X-Ray Fluorescence Spectrometer XRF-1800:". The ABC is ₱ 60,000.00.

The opening of bids shall be on May 13, 2025, 1:30 PM at PHIVOLCS Bldg. C.P. Garcia Avenue, UP Campus, Diliman, Quezon City.

In view of the bidding, PHIVOLCS reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any formalities/Informalities therein and to accept such bids to may consider as most advantageous to PHIVOLCS and to the government as well.
