  (BRGY. MAGSAYSAY, ABORLAN, PALAWAN)
  
  1. The Provincial Government of Palawan, through the Certification of Availability of Appropriation (OBR No. CAA 25-00689-GF-PPE) intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-Seven Pesos and 28/100 (Php 1,499,977.28) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the REPAIRS OF ROOMS FOR CONVERSION BASED ON 75-BEDS APPROVED, ABORLAN MEDICARE HOSPITAL located at BRGY. MAGSAYSAY, ABORLAN, PALAWAN (Project Reference No. B2 GF AMH 25-12-114). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
