Description : Invitation to Bid for Repair/Renovation of OVPAA or SASE Bldg. (INFRA-MSUMAIN-SASE-04-25)

1) The Mindanao State University - Main Campus, Marawi City (MSU - Main Campus), through the 01 GAA 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos Only (₱5,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Repair / Renovation of OVPAA or SASE Bldg.. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The MSU - Main Campus now invites bids for Repair / Renovation of OVPAA or SASE Bldg. with Carpentry, Tile, Steel, Roofing, Electrical, Plumbing, Glass, and Painting Works, located at the MSU - Main Campus, Marawi City, Lanao del Sur. Completion of the Works is required within ninety (90) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
