The Department of Education- Schools Division Office of Rizal, through Division Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE) intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY-SEVEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY-SIX PESOS AND FORTY-THREE CENTAVOS (1,677,176.43) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the following scope of works described below for the Schools Division Office of Rizal. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
