1.The Local Government Unit of Sultan Kudarat, Maguindanao Del Norte, through 20% Economic Development Fund intends to apply the sum of the above-mentioned projects with their corresponding Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract of 20% Economic Development Fund 2025 Infrastructure projects. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
