Repair/Rehabilitation of PAGASA Flood Forecasting and Warning Center

1. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), through the 2025 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand Four Hundred Twelve Pesos and 35/100 (Php1,295,412.35) only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Repair/Rehabilitation of PAGASA Flood Forecasting and Warning Center, located in Katipunan Street, Ayusan Sur, Vigan, Ilocos Sur, PR 2025-09-0622 | IB 2025-42 INF. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The PAGASA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works required is one hundred eighty (180) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
