1. The MUNICIPALITY OF DIVILACAN, intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FOURTY PESOS AND THIRTY FIVE CENTAVOS (575,440.35) being the Approved Budget Cost (ABC) to payments under the contract for REPAIR/REHABILITATION OF DICATIAN EVACUATION CENTER. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The MUNICIPALITY OF DIVILACAN now invites bids for the REPAIR/REHABILITATION OF DICATIAN EVACUATION CENTER.
