Description : REPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF THREE (3) AIRCONDITIONING UNIT OF CALAGUAS DPP
Scope of works:
• 1 X 1HP Kolin Air Conditioning Unit and 1 x 0.5HP Kolin Air Conditioning Unit
1. Assess the overall condition and performance of each unit
2. Cleaning of air filters and coil, lubricant of moving parts & refrigerant leak detection and repair
3. Replacement of faulty components (compressors, fans, coils, etc.)
4. Electrical system troubleshooting and repair
5. Conduct comprehensive testing after repair and maintenance to ensure proper functioning
• 1 x 1HP Everest Air Conditioning Unit
1. Assess the overall condition and performance of each unit
2. Cleaning of air filters and coils, lubricating of moving parts & refrigerant leak detection and repair
3. Electrical system troubleshooting and repair
4. Replacement of faulty mother board and other sensors
5. Conduct comprehensive testing after repair and maintenance to ensure proper functioning.
6. Warranty of six (6) months.
