1) The City Government of Trece Martires, through the GOP- General Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty-Seven Pesos (PHP 999,837.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for REPAIR/IMPROVEMENT OF VARIOUS FACILITIES AND AMENITIES AT TRECE MARTIRES CITY COLLEGE (MAIN & ANNEX), BRGY. LUCIANO, TRECE MARTIRES CITY. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
