1. The Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) of the Provincial Government of Quirino, through the 20% Development Fund CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of P 2,491,678.45 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PB-CW-2024-098 Repair/Improvement of Quirino Watersports Complex Facilities (Comfort Room), Capitol Hills, Cabarroguis, Quirino. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) of the Provincial Government of Quirino now invites bids for the aboved Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required by 56 Calendar Days.
