1. The Local Government Unit of Bagabag through 2024-20% Development Fund, intends to apply the sum of SIX HUNDRED FORTY NINE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED TWELVE PESOS AND FORTY CENTAVOS ONLY (₱649,512.40) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for REPAIR/IMPROVEMENT OF LGU BUILDINGS AND OFFICES, LGU COMPOUND, BAGABAG, NUEVA VIZCAYA (Remove and repaint old and new buildings; Remove and replace stainless steel railings on ramps; Convert CRs of new building into PWD CRs; Remove and replace dilapidated gutter of old building SB Hall; Installation of drainage output pipes from septic tank). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
