1. The Bureau of Fire Protection Region 7, through the General Appropriations Act CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Pesos Only (₱6,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the said procurement. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
