Scope of Work :
1. General Description
This project involves the inspection, repair, cleaning, and installation of air-conditioning units in designated areas of the school. The work shall be performed in accordance with industry standards to ensure the units are fully operational and energy-efficient.
2. Specific Tasks
A. Inspection and Assessment
• Check and diagnose the condition of existing air-conditioning units.
• Evaluate electrical connections, refrigerant levels, and general performance.
B. Repair Works
• Replace or repair faulty parts such as compressors, capacitors, fan motors, thermostats, or circuit boards.
• Recharge refrigerants as needed.
• Repair or replace damaged electrical connections and insulation.
C. Cleaning Services
• Dismantle and clean indoor and outdoor units.
