The Commission on Audit Regional Office No. VI, through the Notice of Fund Transfer (NFT) No. 2025-0048 dated March 28, 2025, intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION NINE HUNDRED SIXTY FIVE THOUSAND AND FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY & 27/100 PESOS ONLY (P2,965,430.27) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Repair Works at COA Regional Office No. VI Main Building. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Commission on Audit Regional Office No. VI now invites bids for Repair of COA Main Building including replacement of roofing, waterproofing of concrete gutter, removal and replacement of exterior lighting and additional perimeter flood light. Completion of the Works is required in fifty-five (55) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
