1. The Local Government Unit of Balatan, Camarines Sur, through GSO-MOOE CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of EIGHTY TWO THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED ELEVEN PESOS AND SIXTY EIGHT CENTAVOS (Php 82,111.68) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract REPAIR OF WHEEL LOADER (TRANSMISSION REPAIR & MAINTENANCE) [GOODS-SVP-2025-01-009]. Offers received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at opening of offers.
