Description : SUPPLY OF LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR THE REPAIR OF WATER LEAKS

OFFICE OF THE GENERAL MANAGER AND 3/F RECORDS AREA"

SCOPE OF WORKS
a. Mobilization of works by set-up of scaffolding to affected offices.
b. Grinding the surface of the identified areas to remove all paints,
contamination, dirt, or any deteriorated areas of the concrete surface.
c. All cracks and holes shall be filled with application of PU-acrylic
sealant that is weather-resistant (rain and sun)
d. Testing and commissioning works by water testing (applying water
through hose and/or pressure washer) to all repaired areas to determine
the quality of works done. If there are still leaks detected to the repaired area,
it must be repaired and the same water test shall be done until the
affected areas are repaired.
e. Cleaning/restoration of the affected areas.
f. Demobilization works after repair.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
1. Provide mobilization, demobilization, hauling and disposal of waste
material inside the premises of the building after repair works.
