PROJECT: REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF VARIOUS LABORATORY EQUIPMENT
I. SCOPE OF WORKS
LOT 1 Supply and delivery of labor and parts for the repair of one (1) unit laboratory fumehood in Boron room (Php. 78,000.00)
1. Cleaning of the unit
2. Electromechanical troubleshooting
3. Replacement of motor blower
a. Specification: Variable speed control motor, 2200rpm complete with speed controller to control the airflow from 0.4 m/sec
0.7-0.8m/sec at full open sash; wattage 1.1kW; voltage 200V/60Hz
