Description : REPAIR OF TURBO CHARGER & WATER PUMP FOR UNIT 4-500KW MAN B&W
SCOPE OF WORKS:
1. Provide services such as pull-out and re-installation, transport of turbo charger to contractor-s warehouse and at the site and other necessary transports for the repair of turbocharger.
2. Provide services of highly qualified and experienced technical personnel having expertise in turbocharger repair/reconditioning, installation, test & commissioning of turbocharger.
3. Provide equipment /tools/instruments necessary during turbocharger unit installation and functional testing for satisfactory completion of the work.
4. Overhauling including dismantle/pull-out of turbo charger from the engine of the genset, reconditioning of rotor shaft, nozzle ring, air filter casing and other necessary spare parts, cleaning and dynamic balancing test on the Turbocharger rotor including its turbine and turbine blades.
5. Conduct repair/reconditioning works on turbocharger gas inlet and outlet casings at the Contractor-s workshop and include all necessary works until re-assembly/re-installation at site and conduct function...
