Invitation to Bid for REPAIR OF RURAL HEALTH UNIT (RHU) AT BARANGAY SAN JOSE, BORONGAN CITY, EASTERN SAMAR
1. The City Government of Borongan, through the Mayor-s MOOE, A.O. no. 2, s 2025 and S.P. Resolution no. 58, s. 2025, Annual Budget 2025, intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Ninety Six Thousand Five Hundred Twenty Six Pesos and Seventy Three Centavos only (Php496,526.73) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Repair of Rural Health Unit (RHU) at Brgy. San Jose, Borongan City, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Borongan now invites bids for repair of roofing, ceiling, ramp, water system & sanitary pipes. Completion of the Works is required Thirty Eight (38) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II, Instruction to Bidders.
