1. The BARANGAY GOVERNMENT UNIT OF AGNOCNOC, FERROL, ROMBLON, through the 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED THIRTY FOUR THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FIVE PESOS 80/100 ONLY (PHP 134,805.80) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the REPAIR OF ROOF AND CEILING OF MULTIPURPOSE HALL at Agnocnoc, Ferrol, Romblon. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The BARANGAY GOVERNMENT UNIT OF AGNOCNOC, FERROL, ROMBLON now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS UPON RECEIPT OF THE NOTICE TO PROCEED. Bidders should have completed, within FIVE (5) CALENDAR DAYS from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
