  1 The City Government of Pasay, through the GENERAL FUND CY2025 (City Development Fund CY2025) intends to apply the sum of Three Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy Eight Pesos & 44/100 (Php3,999,778.44) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Repair, Renovation and Rehabilitation of Dra. Elvira Lagrosa Health Center (Formerly Duay Calixto/Ventanilla Health Center), Pasay City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2 The City Government of Pasay, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is within Ninety (90) calendar days.
