for the
Repair/Rehabilitation of Tagaytay Radar Station
1) The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), through the CY 2025 continuing Appropriations intends to apply the sum of Four Million Three Hundred Ninety-Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty-Eight Pesos & 72/100 (Php4,397,958.72) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Repair/Rehabilitation of Tagaytay Radar Station, IB 2026-52 INF (PR 2026-05-0429). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The PAGASA now invites bids for Repair/Rehabilitation of Tagaytay Radar Station. Completion of the Works is required two hundred ten (210) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
