Description : 1. The Municipality of Nabas, through its local budget approved by the Sanggunian, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos and 00/100 (P 2,500,00.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract of the Repair/ Rehabilitation of Municipal Road located Poblacion, Nabas, Aklan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Nabas now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Repair/ Rehabilitation of Municipal Road located at Poblacion, Nabas, Aklan. Bidders should have successful experience as prime contractor in the project contract (as solo or in joint venture/consortia) of at least one (1) work of a nature and complexity equivalent to the Works in the last two (2) years with single works cited to be at least fifty percent (50%) of value of estimated contract cost of Works under Bid and have an annual turnover from all works averaged over the last three (2) years equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the value of bid under consideration for award.
