Description : 1) The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines - Area XI through the CAAP Corporate Budget 2025 intends to apply the sum of:
ONE HUNDRED FORTY-EIGHT MILLION FIVE HUNDRED ELEVEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED EIGHTY-TWO PESOS AND SIX CENTAVOS 6/100 ONLY (₱ 148,511,682.06)
being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “REPAIR, REHABILITATION & IMPROVEMENT OF THE PASSENGER TERMINAL BUILDING INCLUDING ITS ANCILLARY SYSTEMS”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines - Area XI now invites bids for “REPAIR, REHABILITATION & IMPROVEMENT OF THE PASSENGER TERMINAL BUILDING INCLUDING ITS ANCILLARY SYSTEMS.”4
 Completion of the Works is required within 320 Calendar Days.
 Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
