  1. The City Government of Tanauan, through General Fund under Engineering Office intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Million Pesos Only (Php. 100,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Repair/Rehabilitation/Construction of New City Hall Building through Design & Build Scheme. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The City Government of Tanauan now invites bid for the Repair/Rehabilitation/Construction of New City Hall Building through Design & Build Scheme. Completion of work is required within Three Hundred Sixty Five (365) calendar days.
