Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
REPAIR/ REHABILITATION OF BRIDGE AT TAGUMPAY, BACO, ORIENTAL MINDORO

1. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro (PGOM), through the 20% DF CA 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Seventy Seven Thousand Fifty Eight Pesos and 59/100 (Php 1,477,058.59) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Repair/ Rehabilitation of Bridge at Tagumpay, Baco, Mindoro (IB No. CW-2025-169)”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro (PGOM) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 36 calendar days. Bidders should have a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
