Attend trouble call thru phone assistance direct to client End-User/In-charge
Send technician representative to attend trouble calls in-case of failure to solve the problem on thru phone assistance
Respond to all emergency field trouble for check-up or assessment of reported minor or major problems during regular business hours free of charge
