1. Mobilization and Demobilization.
2. Conduct a thorough survey and analysis of the existing slabs, beams and site to identify structural elements to be demolished and to verify actual measurement.
3. Implement safety measures and precautions to ensure the well-being of workers and the surrounding environment.
4. Utilize appropriate machinery and equipment for the controlled demolition of slab and beams.
5. Safely remove and dispose of debris.
6. Design and engineering of the new roof and roof framing in compliance with relevant building codes and standards.
7. Apply the new roof system, ensuring proper insulation and waterproofing.
8. Supply and Installation the roof and roof framing according to approved plans.
9. Supply and Installation the ceiling materials and system, ensuring proper alignment and finishing.
10. Supply and Installation of CHB walls and plastering rough walls and uneven surface.
