1. The Municipal Government of La Trinidad, through the General Fund (GF) 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty-Nine and 21/100 Pesos (Php1,999,929.21) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Repair of Pedestrian Overpass (POW-8751-2025-PCO-05). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of La Trinidad, Benguet now invites bids for the project:
