Description : General Description

Detailed Scope of Work
1. Site Inspection and Assessment
o Conduct actual inspection of all airconditioning units included in the project
o Identify defects, leaks, electrical issues, and mechanical problems
o Submit assessment report and recommended corrective actions
2. General Cleaning of Units
o Cleaning of air filters, evaporator coils, condenser coils, and blower fans
o Removal of dust, dirt, and mold buildup using appropriate cleaning materials
o Flushing of drainage pipes to prevent clogging and water leakage
o Vacuuming and sanitizing of internal components
3. Repair and Troubleshooting
o Repair or replacement of defective parts such as capacitors, relays, contactors, and wiring (if needed)
