  Description : The PNPTI Bids and Awards Committee intends to undertake the Repair & Maint - Other Structures of the Philippine National Police Training Institute Headquarters and its Training Centers for the month of April 2026 with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Six Hundred Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Sixteen Pesos and Sixty-Seven Centavos (PhP607,916.67) through Small Value Procurement (SVP) pursuant to Section 34 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009.
  
  Please submit your duly signed Quotation Form, including the Terms and Conditions (Annex A), together with the following documents on or before 5:00 PM of April 20, 2026:
  
  a. PhilGEPS Registration Number;
  
  b. Mayor-s/Business Permit; and
  
  c.
