Description : The City Government of Ligao, through the DRRM 2025 intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Three Thousand Two Hundred Seventy Nine & 50/100 Pesos (₱703,279.50) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Repair of Mahaba Bridge (Installation of Structural Sheet Pile), Mahaba, Ligao City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
1. The City Government of Ligao now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works required 6 CD. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project with a value of at least 50% of the proposed project and have key personnel and equipment available for the completion of the contract. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (AR) No. 9184.
