Repair of Kobelco Crawler Excavator Equipment

1. The Provincial Government of Davao de Oro, through the AB CY 2025 - SB#1 MOOE intends to apply the sum of Three Million One Hundred Fourteen Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty-Five Pesos (Php 3,114,855.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Repair of Kobelco Crawler Excavator Equipment for the repair of various provincial equipment- PEO with Purchase Request No. 25-5254 LOT 3 under Bid No. B-25-0218. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Davao de Oro now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Ninety (90) days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
