1. The Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) of the Provincial Government of Quirino, through the 5% LDRRMF (QRF) intends to apply the sum of P 8,154,799.70 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PB-CW-2025-003 Repair/Improvement of Existing Mast Pole of Digital Infrastructure. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) of the Provincial Government of Quirino now invites bids for the aboved Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required by 120 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
