1. The Provincial Government of Aklan, through Supplemental Budget No. 2 CY 2023 PEO Capital Outlay Continuing intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos Only (Php 620,000.00) to payments under the contract for the Repair/ Improvement of Aklan Training Center (Swimming Pool Perimeter Fence), Old Buswang, Kalibo, Province of Aklan with AKLAN BAC ITB No. 103 Series 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Aklan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required for Sixty (60) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
