Description : Invitation to Bid for Repair of Hospital Building Phase II
(Improvement of wards, triage, waiting area, ER canopy and
parking area), Caba District Hospital, Caba, La Union
1) The Provincial Government of La Union, through the Annual Budget CY2025 (DF)
intends to apply the sum of ₱5,000,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract
(ABC) to payments under the contract for Repair of Hospital Building Phase II
(Improvement of wards, triage, waiting area, ER canopy and parking area), Caba
District Hospital, Caba, La Union / INFRA-25-02-DF-003. Bids received in excess of
the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of La Union now invites bids for the above Procurement
Project Completion of the Works is required March 23, 2026. Bidders should have
completed, within 180 from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar
to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding
Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
