1. The Municipal Government of Mogpog, through the Supplemental Budget No. 2 FY 2025 to apply the sum of ONE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED FOUR THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED TWO PESOS AND 40/100 (₱1,704,402.40) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Repair of Government Facility-Renovation of 2nd Floor or Main Municipal Building and Former SB Hall Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
