Description : 1 LOT REPAIR OF FUME HOOD, FABRICATED, EXTRA LARGE, MODEL PFG-59

ISSUE: DEFECTIVE BLOWER AND AIRDUCT SYSTEM

SCOPE OF WORK:
1. Construct scaffoldings to access blower installation outside the building
2. Repair faulty exhaust impeller as necessary
3. Remove blowers from brackets and air ducting for inspection/rehabilitation or replace as necessary
4. Remove internal blower for inspection/rehabilitation or replace as necessary
5. Technical cleaning on air ducting from foreign matters
6. Series of testing and conditioning. Establish an inflow air velocity test to conform to safety to standard.
7. Submit service report and calibration certificate for acceptance.

Bidders must visit the actual equipment at EMB 7 Laboratory and submit report to the end user.
