SUPPLY OF LABOR,MATR, AND EXP ON THE REPAIR OF THE FUEL INJECTION PUMP, STARTER MOTOR AND EXHAUST GENERATOR BELLOWS IN CALAGUAS DPP

SCOPE OF WORKS:
1. Clean and inspect all fuel injection pumps, starter motor and exhaust bellows parts for wear, damage, or defects.
"2. Replace worn of defective parts such as seals, springs, valves, solenoids, sensors, rotors, and plungers for the injection pump.
Replace any faulty parts, including the armature, carbon brushes, field coil, solenoid switch, brushings, and bearings for the starter motor.
Repair and apply specialized exhaust repair materials (e.g. metal mesh reinforcement) followed by layers of high-temperature resistant exhaust repair compounds."
"3. Calibrate and test on the bench to make sure fuel flow, pressure, and timing meet specifications.
Repair of restore the starter motor housing, which may involve fixing the bearing seat and removing corrosion or cracks if needed.
