TO ALL INTERESTED SUPPLIERS:

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) hereby invites legally capable suppliers to submit bids for a Small Value Procurement for the PHIVOLCS requirement for "REPAIR OF EARTHQUAKE SIMULATOR AND SUPPLY, DELIVERY, AND INSTALLATION OF WALL FRAMES". The ABC is ₱ 500,000.00.

The opening of bids shall be on June 27, 2025, 1:30 PM at PHIVOLCS Bldg. C.P. Garcia Avenue, UP Campus, Diliman, Quezon City.

In view of the bidding, PHIVOLCS reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any formalities/Informalities therein and to accept such bids to may consider as most advantageous to PHIVOLCS and to the government as well. PHIVOLCS neither assumes any obligation for whatsoever losses that may be incurred in the preparation or submission of bids nor does it guarantee that an award will be made.
