1. Mobilization and Demobilization.
2. Conduct a thorough survey and analysis of the site to identify structural elements to be demolished and to verify actual measurement.
3. Removal of existing dilapidated doors.
4. Supply and Installation of panel doors.
5. Replace any damaged or faulty hardware (handles, hinges, locks, etc.) with high-quality, corrosion-resistant materials.
6. Reinstall or replace hardware as needed, ensuring secure and smooth operation.
7. Apply sealants to prevent air and water infiltration.
8. Conduct a final inspection to ensure all repairs meet quality and safety standards.
9. Test the doors for smooth operation and proper sealing.
10. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves and safety glasses.
11. Cleaning the area after work completion.
