1. The NIA Zambales Irrigation Management Office, through the General Appropriations Act (REPAIR NIS) of CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million Seven Hundred Eighty Nine Thousand Three Hundred Thirty Eight & 83/100 Pesos Only (P 12,789,338.83) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Repair of Diversion Works and Canal System (Main Canal), Lateral A1-a (0+550-1+490), Lateral E (1+290-1+473), Main Canal (1+870-2+300) located in Sta. Cruz, Zambales with ITB No. NIA-ZAM-2026-04-NBRIS (NAYOM RIS)-A Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
