1. The Local Government Unit of Pinabacdao, through the 2025 GAD Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (P200,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Repair of Daycare Centers at Brgy. Loctob and Manaing, Pinabacdao, Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Items of works are stated below:
