Description : Invitation to Bid for the Repair of Damaged Concrete Wearing Course and Sectional Repair of Damaged Concrete Pavements at Pier 4 and Berths 18-19, Cebu Baseport

1. The Cebu Port Authority, through the 2025 CPA Corporate Budget, intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Nine Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Seven Thousand One Hundred Fifteen Pesos and 39/100 (PhP 29,997,115.39) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Repair of Damaged Concrete Wearing Course and Sectional Repair of Damaged Concrete Pavements at Pier 4 and Berths 18-19, Cebu Baseport, ID 2022-05-IN (CO). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Cebu Port Authority now invites bids for the above Procurement Project with the work items given below. Completion of the Works is required within 300 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
