Description : Repair of Comfort Rooms in the Quarters Area
Scope of works:
1. Retile and waterproof the comfort room flooring.
2. Retile and waterproof the comfort room entrance flooring.
3. Repiping of water lines from PVC to PPR, from the ground floor to the 3rd floor.
4. Repair and unclog the floor drain.
5. Replace 2 pieces of angle valves, 2 pieces of flexible hoses, and 2 pieces of bidet sets.
6. Remove and reinstall the toilet bowl.
7. Conduct a leak test of the floor waterproofing and ensure there are no leaks.
8. Conduct a leak test of the water pipelines and ensure there are no leaks.
