1. The DOH Drug Abuse Treatment and Rehabilitation Center Mountain Province, through the General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of One Million and Nine Hundred Seventy Thousand Pesos Only (Php 1,970,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Repair of Ceiling and Installation of Roofing at Staff House and Administration Buildings with project identification number 202509002. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
