Contract No. PB Tampayan 2025 - 01

1. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Tampayan, through the 20% ADF 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 200,000.00), Philippine Currency being the ABC to payments under the contract for REPAIR OF BARANGAY PERIMETER FENCE - PHASE - V with Project ID No. PB-Tampayan 2025-01 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Tampayan,now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required by Fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of the Contract. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
