1. The NIA MOMARO IMO, through the General Appropriations Act of CY 2022 intends to apply the sum of TWENTY-ONE MILLION SIX HUNDRED THIRTY THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SIXTEEN PESOS AND 43/100 (PHP 21,630,616.43) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for REPAIR OF BANSUD RIS PHASE II CY 2022 located at BANSUD, ORIENTAL MINDORO with Contract No. MOMARO-BANRISPII-23.3M-CY2022. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The NIA MOMARO IMO now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Three Hundred (300) calendar days and the minimum equipment required are: 1 unit of centrifugal pump (6” dia.), 1 unit of compressor and jackhammer, 1 unit of backhoe (1.0 cu.m.), 1 unit of one-bagger concrete mixer, 1 unit of dozer (165hp), 1 unit of loader (1.5 cu.m.), 1 unit of dump truck (4.59 cu.m.), 1 unit of bar cutter and 3 units of concrete cylinder.
