Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE REPAIR AND
REPLACEMENT OF ROOFING, TRUSSES
AND WALLS OF MVIC BUILDING
1) The Land Transportation Office Region I (LTO R1), through the General
Appropriation Act (GAA) FY 2025 and Government Service Insurance System
(GSIS) Insurance Claim3 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Two Hundred
Eighty-Six Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Pesos and 55/100 (Php
2,286,320.55) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under
the contract for Repair and Replacement of Roofing, Trusses and Walls of MVIC
Building. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid
opening.

2) The Land Transportation Office Region I now invites bids for the Repair and
Replacement of Roofing, Trusses and Walls of MVIC Building.4 Completion of the
Works is required within One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar days. Bidders should
have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids,
